When is it time to Aerate and Seed my fescue lawn?

The best way to tell when it is time to aerate and seed your fescue lawn is by adding the high and low temperature together. If the combined temperature is around 140 degrees (meaning 80 as the high and 60 as the low) then it is a perfect time to aerate and seed your fescue lawn.
The three most important things to remember when aerating and seeding your lawn
1. Seed to soil contact
2. Daily water
3. Picking the correct starter fertilizer – we suggest the Lesco Starter Ferilizer blend of 18-24-12.
